Once your order is placed, you will get a confirmation email or SMS immediately. Before the process of dispatch, all the ordered products go for quality check and verification. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days

During promotional periods and public holidays, the processing time might get slightly longer. You will be informed in case there are any significant delays. 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

a) Standard Shipping:

It usually takes 5-8 business days after the process of dispatch for standard shipping orders. 

b) Express / Priority Shipping:

Priority shipping and express delivery, it might take 2-4 business days after the process of dispatch. 

c) Delivery Timeline Expectations:

All delivery timelines as estimated may vary sometimes depending on weather conditions, remote delivery locations, constraints by courier partners, and logistical issues. 

4. Shipping Charges

Order value, delivery location, weight of the package, and shipping method- based on this information, shipping charges are calculated and applied. The applicable fee will be displayed at the time of checkout before payment. 

5. Shipping Locations

The shipping locations of Luxuré by I&I are within India only; we do not offer international shipping as of this time. Certain areas which are remote or restricted may be subject to delivery limitations, and it is totally based on courier availability.   

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details and information will be shared directly with you via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. Customers can use the tracking number or link provided on the shipment status. 

7. Delivery Instructions & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the shipping address and contact information are provided in detail, accurate, and complete. Failed delivery attempt because of incomplete or inaccurate information or unavailability of the result may result in reshipping charges. Delivery partners may contact you for surety and coordination for a successful delivery. 

8. Shipment Issues

a) Lost Shipments:

If your order is lost or not received within the expected time, please report it within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. 

b) Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a damaged package, you can report it within 24 hours with clear pictures and videos of the product and packaging. 

c) Delayed Shipments:

Due to external factors, delays may happen. With timely updates and resolutions, our support team will assist you till you get your order safely. 

9. Change of Shipping Address

If there is a modification in the address that can be requested before the process of dispatch. Once the product is shipped, changes may not be applicable.
